Refund & Cancellation Policy

Court Rush Australia is operated by Shout Marketing Services Pty Ltd trading as Court Rush Australia.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how booking deposits, payments, cancellations, rescheduling and weather-related changes are handled when booking Court Rush Australia.

By confirming a booking with Court Rush Australia, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your Court Rush Australia booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been paid and your booking has been accepted by Court Rush Australia.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due before your event.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final payment must be received no later than 7 days before your event date.

Court Rush Australia may refuse to attend or provide services if final payment has not been received by the required due date.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

This is because once your booking is confirmed, Court Rush Australia reserves your event date and time, may decline other booking enquiries, and begins planning staff, travel, equipment and event logistics.

4. Cancellations By The Customer

If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.

If full payment has already been made, the refund amount, if any, will depend on when the cancellation is made and what costs have already been incurred.

As a general guide:

  • 15 days or more before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but you may request to reschedule once, subject to availability.

  • Less than 15 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable and rescheduling may not be available.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: full payment may be retained, as staff, equipment, travel and event arrangements may already be committed.

  • On the day of the event: no refund will be provided for customer cancellation, change of mind, poor access, unsuitable site conditions, or failure to provide required information.

5. Rescheduling

Court Rush Australia allows one reschedule request with at least 15 days’ notice, subject to availability.

The new event date must be agreed by Court Rush Australia in writing.

If the new date is unavailable, your deposit will remain non-refundable.

Additional costs may apply if the new booking date, location, duration, access requirements or event details are different from the original booking.

6. Weather Policy

Court Rush Australia is an outdoor/mobile event service, and weather may affect whether the setup can safely operate.

In the event of bad weather, we will work with you to find a practical solution where possible.

This may include:

  • moving the setup to a suitable undercover area

  • adjusting the event time

  • rescheduling the booking

  • changing the setup location

  • reviewing safety on the day

Court Rush Australia will not operate where conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, lightning, high winds, flooding, unsafe ground conditions or any situation that may put guests, staff or equipment at risk.

If weather prevents the event from proceeding safely, rescheduling may be offered at Court Rush Australia’s discretion, subject to availability.

7. Access, Space and Site Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the event location has suitable access, space and ground conditions for the Court Rush Australia trailer and setup.

Before your event, we may ask for details about:

  • site access

  • driveway or vehicle access

  • parking and trailer positioning

  • ground surface

  • space around the trailer

  • power availability if required

  • venue restrictions

  • overhead clearance

  • event timing

If Court Rush Australia arrives and cannot safely access or set up due to unsuitable site conditions, restricted access, unsafe ground, incorrect information or lack of required approvals, the booking may be cancelled and no refund may be provided.

8. Changes To Event Details

Any changes to your event date, time, location, duration, access or booking requirements must be requested as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Court Rush Australia is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete booking information provided by the customer.

9. Cancellations By Court Rush Australia

Court Rush Australia may cancel, reschedule or stop an event if:

  • weather conditions are unsafe

  • site access is unsafe or unsuitable

  • staff or guests may be at risk

  • equipment may be damaged

  • the customer has not made required payments

  • the event details provided are incorrect or incomplete

  • the event location does not meet setup requirements

  • circumstances occur outside our reasonable control

If Court Rush Australia cancels due to reasons within our control, we may offer a reschedule, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

10. No Refunds For Unused Time

No refund will be provided if guests choose not to play, if attendance is lower than expected, if the event finishes early at the customer’s request, or if part of the booked time is unused for reasons outside Court Rush Australia’s control.

11. Force Majeure

Court Rush Australia is not liable for cancellations, delays or failure to provide services caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, government restrictions, venue closures, power failures, equipment transport issues, illness, safety concerns or other unexpected events.

Where possible, we will work with you to find a fair and practical solution.

12. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any merchant fees, card processing fees or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted.
